Community Education Program Seeks Qualified Instructors

MONTICELLO, Ark. — The community education program at the University of Arkansas at Monticello is seeking qualified instructors to teach non-credit classes for the winter session which runs January through March.

Program areas include, but are not limited to, art and hobbies, computers and technology, home and garden, health and fitness, personal and professional development, special interest and youth programming.  Classes may be offered as one-time workshops, or may meet over a period of weeks.

Individuals interested in teaching for the Department of Community Education should be proficient in their subject areas.  To submit a course for consideration, potential instructors should complete a course proposal form and return it to UAM Community Education, P. O. Box 3520, Monticello, AR 71656.  Course proposal forms may be found on the university’s website, www.uamont.edu.  Scroll to the bottom of the home page and click on Community Education under Campus Resources.
