Commitment to Excellent Award, given in Honor of Former Mayor Marvin Vinson of Clarksville. Mr. Vinson served as the League President from 1992 to 1993.
The Award was presented on June 21, 2013 at the 79th Annual Convention
of the Arkansas Municipal League, by Don Zimmerman, Executive Director.
